Andrew Enea

Andrew M. Enea, MSPT, Owner

Andy graduated from Northeastern University in 2002 where he earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. His work experience has been based out of NYC and Cape Cod. Andy has been the sole owner of MPT since January of 2008. He has since prided himself on ten plus years of exceptional patient care. Andy enjoys coaching his daughters in youth sports, watching baseball, and collecting records. He continues to work towards his Doctorate through the University of St. Augustine and Dr. Stanley Paris. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Falmouth.

Justin Mendes

Justin Mendes, ATC

Justin was born and raised locally in Falmouth, MA. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2014 where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. Justin worked with the athletic programs at UNH as well as with local high schools. He has been practicing as a Certified Athletic Trainer at MPT since 2015. Justin's light-hearted, positive energy is vital in guiding patients through their therapeutic exercise. Justin enjoys playing soccer and volleyball. He and his wife love watching Boston sports teams take home championships.

Dillon Carroll

Dillon Carroll, PTA

Dillon was born and raised in Falmouth, MA. He graduated from Westfield State University in 2014 with a B.Sc. Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Dillon moved to Arizona where he obtained his PTA certification from Brookline College in 2020. In addition to being a PTA, Dillon is also a certified personal trainer. Dillon enjoys sharing his passion for health and wellness with members of the community.


Abbie Bell, PT, DPT

Abbie Bell, PT, DPT

Abbie earned her BS in kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2014 with a specialization in exercise science. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2017. She is a certified Pilates instructor through BASI Pilates and has over 7 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy working with a wide range of patient populations from pediatric to geriatric and athletes. Abbie is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through physical therapy and believes that movement is medicine. In her free time, Abbie enjoys being active outdoors and playing her ukulele.
